Bodybuilding iconoclast Mike Mentzer is everywhere these days, and something about this mustachioed muscle-bound marvel was speaking to Poolhouse (@NuganHandVEVO). So Poolie called up his pal and avid Mentzer student Sam Rothstein (@thegoldenjeww) from RW™ Twitter to get the lowdown on this legend. The two also get into some unconventional fitness tips: can things like meth, being racist, eating ice cream, or working out in bathhouses promote positive health?

All this plus Poolhouse probes Sam on anti-BAPtist backlash, and attempts to broker diplomacy between the anons (that will likely result in Poolhouse getting blocked by his hero BAP as well).
